    1. Set up your Koala Pay account on our website in just a few clicks.
    2. Choose the product you love and select “Save For This Product“.
    3. Log In and make payments whenever you like – with a minimum payment of €50 per transaction applies.
    4. Once your product is fully paid off, we’ll dispatch it straight to your door!

There are no hidden fees, no credit checks, and absolutely no interest. Just simple, straightforward payments at your pace.

Koala Pay – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Koala Pay, Koala Play’s flexible, interest-free payment option. By creating a Koala Pay account or making payments through the scheme, you agree to the following:

1. About Koala Pay

  • Koala Pay allows you to pay towards selected Koala Play products in instalments at your own pace.
  • There are no credit checks, no interest, and no additional fees.
  • Your product will only be dispatched once the full purchase price has been paid.

 

2. Initial Payment

  • An initial non-refundable payment is required to set up your Koala Pay plan.
  • This payment secures your chosen product but does not guarantee stock availability until the order is fully paid.

 

3. Making Payments

  • Minimum payment amount: €50 per transaction.
  • Payments can be made at any time by logging into your Koala Pay account.
  • There are no set deadlines – you control how quickly you pay off your product.

 

4. Order Completion & Dispatch

  • Once your product is fully paid, Koala Play will arrange delivery in line with our standard delivery times.
  • Products will not be dispatched until the full balance has been received.

 

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • The initial payment is strictly non-refundable.
  • If you choose not to complete your payments, you may cancel at any time. In this case:
    • Your initial payment will be retained.
    • Any subsequent payments made will be refunded within 14 working days.
  • Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used.

 

6. Product Pricing & Availability

  • The total product price is fixed at the time you set up your Koala Pay account.
  • If the product is discontinued before you complete payments, you will be given the choice of:
    • Switching your balance to another product of equal or higher value, or
    • Requesting a refund of all payments made (excluding the non-refundable initial payment).

 

7. Account Responsibility

  • You are responsible for ensuring your Koala Pay payments are made in full and on time to receive your product.
  • Koala Play does not offer reminders, debt collection, or financing.

 

8. Ownership of Goods

  • All products remain the property of Koala Play until paid in full.
  • No partial dispatch of products is available under Koala Pay.

 

9. Changes to Terms

  • Koala Play reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
  • Any changes will not affect active Koala Pay accounts already in progress.
